Project Management

Program Objective

Projects are an everyday part of business, whether they are small projects lasting a few weeks or complex system or service implementation projects that can last for years. However, a large number of projects do not end as they should or as planned, often due to the non-utilization of standard project methodologies, regardless of whether it is a traditional or modern approach. Each methodology is equally valuable, but attention should be paid to where it is used.

The goal of the seminar is to acquire knowledge and skills in effective project management that can be immediately applied after completion. The seminar places special emphasis on various process groups, risk management in projects, resource management, approaches to project changes, and more. The training will enable participants to start working according to project methodologies immediately after the training, allowing them to take control of projects, monitor and control them, and respond in a timely manner to difficulties, ultimately leading to successful project completion. This, in a business sense, results in savings of various types of resources in the organization, from finances to time.
The training is based on the PMI standard.
