Seminar Objective
Business meetings are an incredibly important part of overall business life. Poorly managed business meetings can have disastrous effects on the overall success of an organization and negatively impact time management, organizational structure, interpersonal relationships, and, ultimately, the decision-making process. Without effectively conducted business meetings, it is impossible to manage effectively. Meetings are essential for discussing issues and making decisions. By adopting techniques for planning, organizing, and conducting meetings, their effectiveness, usefulness, and participant satisfaction can be significantly improved.
The goal of this seminar is to acquire the skills and knowledge of organizing and conducting business meetings among participants. The training will pay special attention to the practical aspect of organizing and conducting business meetings and how to apply the acquired knowledge and skills effectively in practical business situations.
