Seminar Objective Active involvement in business activities, in the life of business organizations, and in business projects usually leads to a certain level of stress, fatigue, and negative emotional states. The level of stress chemistry (hormones typically secreted under the influence of stressful situations) affects our quality and speed of mental and operational processing.

When this level of stress chemistry is significantly elevated, our efficiency and problem-solving speed are significantly reduced; such situations have been proven to have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. Almost all serious and severe illnesses are significantly connected and conditioned by the stress we experience.

Negative emotional states caused by stress and fatigue, impulsivity, and a lack of emotional control can lead us into trouble, cause inadequate social reactions, and significant mistakes in business.

It is particularly important to highlight situations of great importance, such as important presentations, meetings where we must be composed and persuasive to achieve results, and periods of making important decisions when we must be extremely focused and bring out the best in ourselves. These situations require the skill of managing our own energy.
The principle “a healthy mind in a healthy body,” which dates back to ancient times, is just as relevant today. Improving one’s effectiveness through better emotional management, stress management, energy management, and physical intelligence is closely related to how intelligently we deal with our bodies. This includes proper nutrition, physical activity and exercise, and all forms of relaxation.

The goal of this seminar is to improve participants’ control over negative emotional states, particularly the control of negative emotions, worries, stress, and excessive impulsiveness. It also aims to improve energy management and enhance the physical intelligence of participants. EQ, stress management, energy management, and physical intelligence are key factors in personal and professional success.

The program combines elements from today’s most successful schools of contemporary psychology. The training includes working with physiotherapists, advice from nutritionists, personal trainers, and more, all conducted by individuals with extensive experience in delivering business training.

Implementation Method

Participants are divided into teams that compete in solving a series of problem situations during the program. Various methods are used throughout the program, including facilitated discussions, role-playing, video feedback, case studies, group work, critical event analysis, demonstrations, presentations, brainstorming, questionnaires, panels, sharing of experiences, and more. The emphasis is on practicing skills rather than dryly conveying theoretical information, as is common in traditional teaching.
