About the Program
RESET is an educational and advisory program held in the beautiful surroundings of Hotel Pinija in Petrčane, located on a peninsula surrounded by the sea on three sides. The program represents a combination of education, consulting, networking, and relaxation, delivered in a highly pleasant and informal atmosphere. Participants are guided by leading Croatian experts in the fields of financing, taxation, and sales. In addition, participants adopt the BONO exercise program aimed at eliminating the negative effects of prolonged sitting and stress, including individual consultations with a physiotherapist.
The program is exclusively intended for owners and directors of successful small and medium-sized technology companies (IT, AI, robotics, etc.). The program is delivered in small groups of 10–20 participants.

Sales – How to improve sales and establish a sustainable sales model that does not rely exclusively on the owner
Focus and Energy – How to reduce the impact of stress, chronic fatigue, and prolonged sitting through short, practical techniques applicable on a daily basis

Why Participate?
Participation in the program enables the acquisition of practical knowledge and skills in taxation, financing, and sales through education and advisory sessions led by leading Croatian experts. The program includes a physiotherapist-led health check, providing assessments, feedback, and individually tailored exercises for participants who typically sit more than eight hours per day. In addition, the program offers relaxation, recharging, networking, and the exchange of experiences with other owners and directors of small and medium-sized technology companies, lecturers, and talented students.

Program Duration
The program takes place from 24 April 2026 at 15:00 until 26 April 2026 at 12:00.
What Is Included in the Fee?
Two overnight stays with two breakfasts, lunch, and two dinners (full board). Participation in all educational and advisory sessions according to the schedule below, including educational materials. Unlimited use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym facilities, and the open spa area. One 60-minute session in the indoor spa area upon reservation. Use of additional facilities upon prior reservation, including tennis, bocce, table tennis, golf, mini golf, cycling, and more. Beverages included during the evening program.

Friday, 24 April 2026
Check-in and free activities (spa, pools)
BONO Program (physical and mental health) – Melisa Idrizi & Marin Aničić
Networking dinner with traditional Dalmatian music
15:00–18:00 Check-in and free activities; access to indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Upon prior reservation, participants may use the indoor spa for up to 60 minutes, as well as tennis, golf, mini golf, table tennis, and bocce.
18:00–18:40 Presentation of the BONO program, including a set of short exercises designed to revitalize the body and support musculoskeletal health, particularly for individuals who spend long hours sitting at computers. The program also includes simple psychological techniques to reduce the negative effects of daily stress. The presentation and exercise demonstration are delivered by the program authors, Melisa Idrizi (physiotherapist) and Marin Aničić (psychologist).
19:00–20:00 Individual assessments and consultations, including instruction in personalized self-massage techniques (30 minutes per participant, two participants simultaneously). For others: free activities.
20:00–22:30 Networking dinner at Konoba Lanterna, including participant introductions, experience sharing, and live Dalmatian music. All participants are invited to join the singing.

Evening program: RESET After Hours
08:30–10:30 (including a 10-minute coffee break) – Pierre Matek, Chief Operating Officer, Feelsgood Capital: VC financing for small and medium-sized technology companies (40-minute lecture + 70-minute Q&A). Participants are invited to submit questions up to 10 days prior to the program.
10:30–12:30 (including a 10-minute coffee break) – Ivica Milčić, Vice President of the Croatian Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals and President of the Management Board of Andersen Croatia: Tax advisory for owners of small and medium-sized IT companies (40-minute lecture + 70-minute Q&A).
12:30–14:00 Lunch break
14:00–16:00 (including a 10-minute coffee break) – Maša Anđić, Managing Director of Pleione Adriatica and former Digital Identity Sales Leader for EMEA at IBM: Inspiring participants through ten real-life sales scenarios from her professional experience (40-minute lecture + workshop and Q&A).
16:00–21:00 Individual assessments and consultations; instruction in personalized self-massage techniques (30 minutes per participant, up to 10 participants). Others may enjoy free activities.
21:00–23:30 Evening entertainment program – RESET After Hours, combining live and DJ music. The program includes opportunities for participants to connect with talented students from Zadar County interested in careers in technology companies.
Sunday, 26 April 2026
08:00–12:00 Individual consultations and self-massage instruction (30 minutes per participant, up to 8 participants). Others may enjoy free activities.

How to Apply and Participate
To apply, please click the ‘Contact Us’ button for a free introductory conversation. We will then schedule an individual Zoom meeting to discuss the program and clarify all details. Upon confirmation of participation, you will receive a formal offer for payment.
The participation fee is EUR 1,250 + VAT per person.
Up to 10 days before the program, participants are invited to submit questions for the Q&A sessions.
Seven days prior to arrival, participants should submit preferred times for reservable activities (tennis, mini golf, golf, bocce, and indoor spa usage).
Hotel check-in takes place between 15:00 and 17:30.
