The Art of Leadership and Motivation (Leadership) 1D

The Art of Leadership and Motivation (Leadership) 1D

Seminar Objective

The goal of the Leadership and Motivation (Leadership) 1D workshop is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge essential for contemporary leadership, which is a fundamental prerequisite for successful organizational management in the 21st century. Through this seminar, participants will become familiar with the concept, characteristics, traits, styles, and the latest insights related to leadership practice, key competencies, and leadership skills. The training will pay special attention to the psychological and practical aspects of leadership, i.e., how to successfully apply acquired knowledge and skills in practical business situations.

Participants in the program will discover what makes excellent business leaders outstanding and why and how excellent managers achieve, on average, twice as good business results as good managers and thousands of times better results than poor managers in the same business conditions.

The art of leadership is one of the most studied and least understood phenomena in this world.
