When we talk about business changes and transformations, the focus is usually on the business and technological dimension. However, the key to success in today’s rapidly changing business environment is actually linked to changing the mindset of leaders and employees, as well as key leadership knowledge and skills on how to successfully lead (themselves) and employees through the change process.
Seminar Objective
- Inspire leaders to think about the new mindset needed for success at the next level.
- Empower them with knowledge and tools to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment and new paradigms.
- Raise awareness of the difference between change and transition.
- Go through the phases of transition and clarify what to focus on in each phase to ensure a successful change process.
- Provide key tools for managing the change process through its phases
How?
This one-day workshop serves as an introduction to the topic of change and transition. Participants will receive a framework and basics on how to think about changes and transitions and what to pay attention to in order for them and their teams to be successful in the new paradigm.
In the workshop, we use W. Bridges’ model of transition and change (end/neutral zone/new beginning).
Change and What to Do About It?
‘If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got.’
The workshop covers 4 topics:
- NEW S CURVE OF GROWTH – ‘The greatest enemy of future success is past success.’ Where are we now, and where are we going?
- CHANGE VS. TRANSFORMATION – The difference.
- TRANSFORMATION PHASES a. End – farewell, mourning, empathy, communication… b. Neutral Zone – ‘RESHAPE MODEL – I will change my attitude and behavior if…’ c. New Beginning – celebrating success, rewarding new behaviors… Understanding the characteristics of each phase, becoming aware of how I, as a leader, change in each phase, and how I lead my people through the change process.
- ME AS A SUCCESSFUL LEADER IN LEADING THE CHANGE PROCESS – innovative knowledge and tools for success, well-being, and resilience.
