We are ready to design and tailor our programmes according to the needs, business requests and goals of our clients. We are also able to conduct business training in fields not mentioned in our offer, as well as develop new programmes based on the clients’ needs. Our first step is a close analysis of your needs and specificities.
The clients have the option to decide when the training will take place, according to their schedule and workload. The training can be held in evenings or at weekends.
The client can choose and combine different types of training: from training suited for individual professionals to complex programmes including several work teams or even entire organizational units.
Building an organization of learners
Your employees can, with your help, broaden their professional knowledge and encourage one another in implementing new skills learned at the business training. This is one of the ways of organizational learning.
The training is organized in the form of workshops that are primarily oriented to experiential learning of the necessary skills. Our workshops are characterised by dynamic, interactive work with plenty of exercises that enable our participants to experience and practice directly the use of necessary skills. Besides that, during training, participants are constantly provided by feedback from the trainer. Participants are divided into teams of three or four that compete to each other. They are also constantly encouraged to exchange their experiences with their colleagues.
